This program is for beginners to ex-gymnasts who want to improve their strength, flexibility & fitness. 

Add variety to your current exercise program. 

Learn handstands, somersaults and back flips.

Tuesday and Thursday 7:30pm - 9pm Strength, Skills & Free Gym $20/session.

Classes must be booked and paid for in advance by emailling the Enrollment Form to or booking in online. Classes are capped so your enrollment will be pending class availability.
