This program is for beginners to ex-gymnasts who want to improve their strength, flexibility & fitness.

Tuesday 7pm - 8:30pm Strength, Skills & Free Gym $15/session.
Every second Thursday 7pm - 8:30pm Strength, Skills & Free Gym $15/session.
Classes must be booked and paid for in advance by email the Enrollment Form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Classes are capped so your enrollment will be pending class availability.
