Recreational Gymnastics

Fun, Fitness, Fundamentals & Friendship!

Recreational gymnastics classes encourage the importance of developing fundamental movement skills at a young age. Programs are all about providing your child with what is known as fundamental movement skills; the skills needed to live active lives. Classes are especially structured to give your child the opportunity to practise, develop and, most importantly, enjoy moving. By participating in a wide-range of activities, your child develop physically, socially and cognitively.

We believe that life is all about learning - whether you're a child or an adult, there are always opportunities to add to your current level of skill in whatever it is you're doing. Programs give children the opportunity to take part in safe, enjoyable activities that challenge their abilities and development, with the aim to improve fundamental movement skills.

Gymnastics is the foundation

The important fundamental movement skills developed through Recreational Gymnastics will set the foundation for a life of active, healthy participation in physical activity. Recreational Gymnastics will foster the development of lifelong skill, physical literacy and healthy habits of movement.
