This is our beginner program for children aged between 5-6 years old. The classes are structured to teach basic gymnastics shapes, movements and skills. Classes follow the principle of the 4 F's of gymnastics - Fun, Fitness, Fundamentals & Friendship.
7 - 9 yrs
This is a beginner class for girls aged between 7-9 years old. Classes introduce children to the basic skills on each of the 4 Women's Gymnastics apparatus, whilst improving strength, flexibility and fitness. The aim of these classes is to develop fundamental movement functions in a fun and friendly environment.
7 - 9 yrs
This is a beginner class for boys aged between 7-10 years old. Classes introduce children to the basic skills on each of the 6 Men's Gymnastics apparatus. The aim of these classes is to develop fundamental movement functions in a fun and friendly environment.
10 - 11 yrs
This is an intermediate class for girls aged between 10-11 years old. Classes aim to increase skill acquisition from that of the Recreational Girls program. They do this by focusing on strength, speed and power development, flexibility and artistry on each of the 4 Women's Gymnastics apparatus.
10 - 17 yrs
This is a beginner class for boys aged between 11-17 years old. The program provides a fun and safe environment for boys to learn new skills, develop strength and flexibility for an overall fitness which can assist with all sports. Classes are structured around the 6 Men's Gymnastics' apparatus to build confidence and test any young thrill-seekers.
12 - 17 yrs
This is an intermediate program designed for girls aged between 12-17 years old. Classes aim to build self-confidence through skill acquisition, strength, flexibility and coordination development on all 4 Women's Gymnastics apparatus.
7 - 17 yrs
FreeG is traditional gymnastics and acrobatic tricks infused with parkour, ninja and martial arts. This program is for both girls and boys aged 7-17 yrs.
11 - 17 yrs
This is an advanced program for girls and boys aged 13-17 years old. Classes focus on skill acquisition in tumbling, vaulting and trampolining. There is also an element of strength and flexibility at the start of each lesson and some time permitted for 'free gym'. This program is perfect for thrill-seekers to learn tricks in a safe environment.
