School Holiday Fun Camps
Boys & Girls Aged 5 - 12
Each day camp is filled with a variety of fun filled gymnastics activities and games. We also do special activities that include but are not limited to - clay modelling, craft, cooking, jewellery making & trampolining.
December-January 2011/12 Dates
Our Holiday Camp will run during the Summer School Holidays 9am till 3pm as follows:
Week 1 - Monday 19 December - Friday 23 December 2011
Week 2 - Wed 28 December - Friday 30 December 2011
Week 3 - Tuesday 3 January - Friday 6 January 2012
Week 4 - Monday 9 January - Friday 13 January 2012
Week 5 Monday 16 January - Friday 20 January 2012
Week 6 Monday 23 January - Friday 27 January 2012 (excluding Thursday 26 Jan - Public Holiday)
Coaches
All of our coaches are fully qualified gymnastic instructors and maintain up to date with their qualifications through both in house training and regular updating workshops held by Gymnastics NSW.
Lunch
During the day we stop for 2 breaks, morning tea and lunch.
Children are to bring a packed lunch. No nuts!!!
What To Wear
Children should wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move around in.
Girls may wear leotards or a full piece swimming costume or shorts and a t-shirt.
Boys should wear shorts and a t-shirt.
What To Bring
Please ensure you pack lunch, drink bottle, shoes, suncream and a hat.
A Typical Day
9.00-9.30am - Warm Up
9.30-10.00am - Games
10.00-10.30am - Gymnastic Circuit
10.30-11.00am - Morning Tea
11.00-11.30am - Free Play / Craft
12.00-12.30pm - Gymnastics Circuit 2
12.30-1.30pm - Lunch
1.30-2.30pm - Individual Group Activities
2.30-3.00pm - Games and Cool Down
